Designing Out Economic Abuse in the UK Banking Industry – Northumbria University, City University London

For the UKFin+ feasibility study “Designing Out Economic Abuse in the UK Banking Industry”, led by Dr Clare Wiper (Northumbria University) and Dr Belén Barros Peña (City, University of London), I created a series of four comics/infographics used both as participatory tools in focus groups and as part of guidance for UK banking institutions. Co-designed with research participants and informed by victim-survivors, these visuals helped identify and illustrate ways banks can redesign service features to prevent economic abuse and enhance financial safety.
